Summary
Dascena is a health tech start-up located in downtown Oakland, focused on developing predictive machine learning algorithms for hospitals. They are seeking a highly motivated Integration Engineer to integrate products with hospital systems and ensure quality data collection.
Responsibilities
- Integrate our products with new hospital systems
- Ensure a high quality of data collection
- Use a custom Python-based macro system
- Write HTML, text, and OCR parsers to interface with it
Skills
- Scripting Languages: Python
- Scripting & Automation Deliverables: Web Scraping
- Experience with Tesseract OCR
- Keen interest in healthcare technology
