Job description
Summary
DeCerts is a company focused on blockchain-based certification solutions, and they are seeking a Project Manager to lead cross-functional teams. The role involves coordinating project efforts, managing risks, and ensuring successful delivery of product features.
Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver blockchain-based certification projects on time and within scope
- Coordinate between design, development, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment
- Define project roadmaps, milestones, and success metrics for new product features
- Manage risk, dependencies, and blockers across multiple workstreams
- Facilitate agile ceremonies including sprint planning, standups, and retrospectives
- Track project progress and communicate status updates to leadership and stakeholders
- Drive process improvements and champion best practices in project delivery
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
- 3+ years of project management experience in tech, SaaS, or blockchain environments
- Proven track record of delivering complex technical projects on schedule
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with project management tools (Jira, Asana, Linear, or similar)
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and make data-driven decisions under pressure
- PMP, Scrum Master, or equivalent certification
- Experience in blockchain, Web3, or digital rights management space
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle and technical architecture
- Background in launching 0-to-1 products or features
- Experience working with distributed or remote teams
- Understanding of intellectual property, copyright, or legal tech domains
