Summary
Deloitte is seeking a Consultant to join its US Corporate Development function and support strategic investment priorities. The role involves market assessment, acquisition target evaluation, business case development, financial modeling, due diligence, post-close integration, and executive-level recommendations.
Responsibilities
- Supporting Deloitte businesses in refining acquisition priorities aligned to growth strategy
- Conducting market research and qualitative and quantitative analysis to inform target identification and pipeline development
- Sourcing and screening acquisition targets under the direction of senior team members
- Developing strategic rationale and business case materials, including financial modeling and value creation assumptions
- Supporting due diligence and post-close integration activities across functional stakeholders

- • Experience working within Deloitte's business structure and internal processes
