ServiceNow Developer

Summary

Dexian Government Solutions provides information technology services to civilian and defense agencies. The company is seeking a ServiceNow Developer to remotely support EACN and the 89th Communications Squadron by developing workflows, dashboards, repeatable processes, and ServiceNow capabilities across ITSM, ITBM, and ITAM.

Responsibilities

• Provide full-spectrum support for EACN ServiceNow development
• Develop process workflows and wireframes in partnership with the HAF/A1 sprint/DevOps team or other Government-defined business processes approved by the EACN PM
• Ensure tailorable dashboards are fit for the needs/purpose of 89 CS and EACN business requirements
• Ensure repeatable processes are fit for 89 CS and EACN business requirements
• Ensure a best-in-class user experience is fit for the needs/purpose of 89 CS and EACN business requirements
• Develop and implement IT Service Management (ITSM) modules and business processes
• Develop and implement IT Business Management (ITBM) modules and business processes
• Develop and implement IT Asset Management (ITAM) modules and business processes

Skills

• Active Secret clearance at time of award
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification, at minimum
• Ability to meet applicable DoDM 8140.03 information assurance baseline certification requirements under the PWS
• Ability to perform the role remotely
• This role requires an active Secret Security Clearance, customer approval
