Job description

Summary

Dice is seeking a CI/CD Build & Migration Engineer to modernize build and deployment tooling. The role focuses on migrating Jenkins build jobs to GitLab pipelines, maintaining continuous integration and deployment processes, supporting production environments, and leading build and deployment activities.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and improve existing build and deployment processes across all products
  • Collaborate with Application Developers, QA Engineers, and Product Owners to establish deployment best practices
  • Enforce best practices for security and reliability
  • Design and deploy new application components and infrastructures
  • Implement and maintain a continuous integration environment
  • Support and troubleshoot product and infrastructure issues in production environments
  • Write configuration scripts for automation tools and automate recurring tasks
  • Participate in engineering design and deployment planning
  • Define and document continuous integration and continuous deployment best practices
  • Lead the execution of build and deploy activities in quality assurance and production environments
