Oracle Cloud Payroll Functional Consultant

Summary

RITWIK Infotech, Inc. is an IT consulting and software services company focused on Oracle enterprise applications and business intelligence technologies. The Oracle Cloud Payroll Functional Consultant will implement, configure, and support Oracle Cloud Payroll solutions, gather functional requirements, manage testing and payroll processing, and collaborate with business and technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Configure and implement Oracle Cloud Payroll based on business requirements
• Gather, analyze, and document payroll functional requirements
• Configure payroll elements, balances, formulas, fast formulas, payroll definitions, and payment methods
• Support payroll processing, payroll validation, and issue resolution
• Perform system testing, UAT support, and post-go-live support
• Work closely with HR, Finance, and technical teams for integrations and reporting
• Ensure payroll configurations comply with business policies and regulatory requirements
• Prepare functional documentation, training materials, and knowledge transfer documents

Skills

• * Experience with Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll implementation and support
• * Strong knowledge of payroll lifecycle, payroll elements, deductions, earnings, and tax configurations
• * Hands-on experience with Fast Formula, Payroll Flow, and Payroll Processing
• * Experience in requirement gathering, configuration, testing, and user support
• * Good understanding of Oracle HCM modules and payroll integrations
• * Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, HR, or a related field
• * 3+ years of Oracle Cloud Payroll Functional experience
• * Experience with Oracle HCM implementation projects is preferred
• * Oracle Cloud HCM certification is a plus
