Summary
Everforth Apex is an IT services company focused on innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning. The UX Designer III will enhance the design quality of AI-powered tools through design research, product design, visual and brand identity, and development of a unified design system. The role partners with builders, product teams, and stakeholders to translate user needs into design work across multiple products.
Responsibilities
- Conduct design research and user insights by running structured product design feedback sessions and translating findings into prioritized improvements
- Perform usability testing on existing and developing tools, synthesizing findings into actionable product recommendations
- Create design specifications, wireframes, and high-fidelity mockups for new products and features
- Own the visual identity across the product suite, including designing logos and creating graphics for user interfaces
- Develop marketing and launch materials for internal tool rollouts
- Build and maintain an internal design system, including a component library, style guide, and patterns
- Contribute to builds, particularly for marketing pages and lightweight front-end experiences
- Document design standards, research methods, and system patterns
- Partner with builders, product partners, and stakeholders to translate user needs into scoped design work
Skills
- 3-5+ years of UI/UX design experience
- A portfolio demonstrating range across user research, interaction design, and graphic design
- Proficiency in Figma for specifications, prototyping, and design systems
- Experience designing standards for web applications
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent design requests across products, prioritizing based on impact
- Clear communication skills for documenting standards and collaborating with teams
- Self-directed with the ability to ramp up quickly
- Experience with internal tools or B2B products
- Experience building or maintaining a design system from scratch
- Experience designing for AI-powered or agent-based products
- Familiarity with front-end frameworks and component libraries
- Experience designing brand and launch materials for product rollouts
