Summary
Docker is a globally distributed company building developer tooling and software delivery products. Docker is seeking a Senior Sales Operations Analyst to support Sales and Go-to-Market teams through field ticketing, technology-stack administration, FP&A updates, Salesforce optimization, and data governance.
Responsibilities
- Be responsible for our field ticketing system, acting as first line support to the field
- Hold responsibility for the end of month & end of quarter FP&A updates
- Complete the onboarding and offboarding processes for the field & GTM teams
- Own the internal documentation refresh cadence
- Assist with reviewing and optimising Salesforce page layouts including fields, validations and workflows for accounts, leads and contacts
- Manage users within our tech stack
- Assist with scoping, testing and rolling out new system processes
- Be involved in FY Planning activities
- Ongoing review of new accounts, leads and contacts added to the system to ensure the data is accurate, standardized and not duplicative
- Support the Sales Ops & GTM Ops teams with ad hoc requests
Skills
- • 2+ years of experience in Sales Operations
- • Experience working for a high growth software/SaaS company
- • Solid understanding of Salesforce accounts, contact and lead objects
- • Great communication and interpersonal skills
- • Technically savvy with Google Suite
- • Energy, enthusiasm, and love of building
- • Experience with Gong, LinkedIn Sales Navigator or ZoomInfo
- • Familiarity with AI tools, including building AI-assisted workflows is a benefit
