Summary
Dunhill Government Solutions is hiring a Payment Technician to support a federal benefits program. The role processes Employment Network payment and reimbursement requests, responds to inquiries, supports automated payments, prepares performance reports, and maintains accurate documentation and service standards.
Responsibilities
- Process Employment Network (EN) payment requests accurately, efficiently and within required timelines
- Respond to payment inquiries, including status questions, policy clarification and procedural guidance
- Evaluate and review reimbursement and cost requests from Employment Networks and State Vocational Rehabilitation Agencies
- Support the creation and execution of automated payments in the program’s payment system
- Ensure payment processing activities meet established performance requirements and service level agreements
- Provide timely updates so documentation and timeline standards are met
- Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing payment activity and performance metrics
- Maintain quality service by establishing, following and reinforcing organizational standards
- Handle data entry and analysis, and support the team through periods of increased payment volume
Skills
- U.S. citizenship, and the ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust (Tier 1 / NACI) suitability determination
- High school diploma required
- Data entry experience
- Strong written and verbal communication, with outstanding writing and editing skills
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple cases under tight deadlines
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook, and the ability to move easily between multiple systems
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment and meeting aggressive deadlines
- A bachelor's degree
