Summary

The Operational Excellence - Continuous Improvement Specialist will drive continuous improvement initiatives, streamline processes, support supply chain and sourcing performance, reduce costs, and improve operational efficiency and profitability.
Responsibilities
- Identify and drive continuous improvement opportunities
- Standardize and streamline processes with the goal to reduce complexity in the CCs and other functions
- Improve operational efficiency
- Support cost reduction initiatives
- Support supply chain performance activities: demand planning, availability, inventory, transportation
- Support sourcing excellence: dual sourcing, regionalization, vendor selection
- Connect operational excellence with customer value creation
- Support the demand planning process to ensure accurate forecasting aligned with business growth targets and service level objectives
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance planning processes, system integration, and automation
