Summary

Evermore Travel LLC is seeking a remote Travel Booking & Client Success Agent to provide top-tier customer service and seamless vacation planning. The role involves managing travel bookings, building client relationships, coordinating logistics, resolving issues, maintaining records, and using digital tools to streamline booking processes.

Responsibilities

• Handle client travel bookings (flights, stays, cruises, resorts, tours)
• Build strong client relationships — be their go-to travel advisor
• Ensure all logistics are smooth and proactively troubleshoot issues
• Communicate via phone, email, chat and keep accurate client record
• Leverage digital tools to streamline the booking process

• Self-motivated, comfortable working independently and remote
• Strong follow-through, excellent attention to detail
• In order To qualify, you must be based and authorized to work in one of the following locations: United States, Australia, Bahamas, Brazil, Cayman Islands, Colombia, Costa Rica, Dominican Republic, Italy, Mexico, Saint Kitts & Nevis, Saint Lucia, Spain, or Trinidad and Tobago
• Prior customer service or travel booking experience preferred (but not required)
