Summary
Evidence In Motion, part of Confluent Health, delivers healthcare education programs with university partners. The Enrollment Advisor recruits, advises, and enrolls students while guiding prospective candidates through the admissions journey, managing engagement and conversion, and ensuring accurate information and support.
Responsibilities
- Serve as primary point of contact for prospective students, guiding them from inquiry through application, acceptance, and matriculation
- Engage with a high-volume of prospective students through multiple channels, including phone, email, text, and video, to develop relationships and qualify eligible candidates
- Advise prospective students by evaluating transcripts, verifying eligibility, and ensuring all admissions requirements are met throughout the application process
- Identify and resolve barriers to guide prospective students through the application process (financial, academic, or logistical objections) in collaboration with internal and external teams (Student Services, Financial Aid, University Partners) to support student success
- Utilize CRM systems to manage leads, track student progress, maintain accurate records and ensure timely follow-ups
- Maintain adherence to relevant regulatory, accreditation, and university partner policies and procedures
- Compile and reconcile accounts for provisionally accepted students and support the close-of-cycle audit process
- Facilitate webinar events, including pre- and post-event communications, presenting or hosting as needed
- Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
Skills
- Bachelor's Degree or minimum of 2+ years of relevant experience
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends, as needed
- Ability to travel, on average 2-3 times per year, for recruitment events or partner meetings
- Exceptional communication, customer-service, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities with attention to detail
- Self-motivated and accountable for achieving program goals
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with diverse populations
- Proven problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
- Highly driven and goal-oriented with a commitment to continuous improvement
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and adept at learning new systems quickly
- Experience with CRM Salesforce, preferred
