Project Manager

Summary

Evotix is a growing global EHS SaaS company that uses software, data, and AI to help customers operate more safely and efficiently. The Project Manager will lead client implementation projects across the full delivery lifecycle, managing scope, timelines, budgets, quality, risks, governance, and stakeholder relationships.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage and deliver implementation projects on time, within scope and within budget
• Lead all phases of the project lifecycle, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and closure
• Establish and maintain robust project governance, including RAID logs, status reports and steering updates
• Coordinate internal and client-facing resources to deliver against project timelines and requirements
• Proactively manage risks and issues, escalating where necessary to ensure delivery continuity
• Ensure adherence to PMO delivery methodologies, processes and toolsets
• Build strong relationships with client stakeholders, acting as the main delivery contact throughout the project
• Facilitate workshops, status updates and key decision meetings with client and internal teams
• Manage expectations and drive alignment between client goals and delivery capabilities
• Partner with Consultants and Technical Leads to support solution feasibility and implementation plans

Skills

• Proven experience in project management roles, ideally in SaaS or software implementation environments
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects and multiple stakeholders across regions
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies, including Agile, Waterfall and hybrid approaches, and tools such as JIRA or Smartsheet
• Experience working with commercial statements of work, budgets and client timelines
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including stakeholder engagement and facilitation
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects concurrently
• Proven ability to anticipate and manage project-level risks and issues
• Professional credibility and ownership in high-visibility client and internal settings
• You must have the legal right to work in the country where the role is based at the time of application
• PMP, PRINCE2 or an equivalent project management certification
• Experience in a PE-backed SaaS company
• Experience in a fast-paced, scaling organisation
