Reporting & Data Analyst I (Corporate Finance)

Summary

Federated Hermes is a leading investment manager dedicated to helping individuals invest and retire better. They are seeking a Reporting & Data Analyst I to analyze metrics, design reports, and create dashboards within the Corporate Finance team.

Responsibilities

• Analyze metrics, design reports, and create dashboards
• Collect, validate, analyze and organize data into meaningful reports and analyses for internal customers
• Identify process improvements and obtain approvals to implement proposed changes

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Information Technology, or equivalent experience
• Minimum 0 - 2 years of experience in business analysis and/or reporting is a plus
• Experience with MS Excel required
• Ability to analyze and manipulate data to create effective reporting to customers required
• Experience with PowerBI reporting tools is a plus

Qualifications

Must Haves

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Information Technology, or equivalent experience
• Minimum 0 - 2 years of experience in business analysis and/or reporting is a plus
