Summary

FH Construction Group is a general contractor focused on making construction simple, collaborative, and efficient. The Field Operations Internship is a hands-on program designed to provide real exposure to construction, project management, and client-focused work, allowing interns to contribute to meaningful projects while exploring their career growth options.

Responsibilities

• Support Field Operations with scheduling, logistics, and project documentation
• Participate in safety planning and site walks, helping send every person on an FH site home safely
• Assist with material tracking, procurement, and coordination with trade partners
• Contribute to project meetings with clients, design teams, and subcontractors
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, problem solve, and contribute ideas that make projects better

Skills

• Current students studying Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
• Curious, proactive, and excited to learn by doing
• Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills
• Eager to explore multiple areas of construction
• Prior internship experience in construction, engineering, or project management
