  • Perform work safely and complete other related duties as assigned

Skills

  • 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably supporting hourly, operations, industrial, mining, construction, manufacturing, logistics, or other high-volume hiring environments
  • Experience recruiting for hourly or site-based roles and managing multiple requisitions with competing priorities
  • Ability to work with moderate autonomy, follow established recruiting processes, manage deadlines, and escalate issues appropriately
  • Resourceful and proactive in identifying candidates, maintaining follow-up, and supporting hiring managers through the recruitment process
  • Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to build credibility with candidates, hiring managers, HR, and operations teams
  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Microsoft Office applications, job boards, LinkedIn, and other common recruiting tools
  • Remote work arrangement must be based in Nevada, with the ability to travel occasionally to the Jerritt Canyon mine site for key meetings and recruitment-related activities, and to attend career fairs or other recruiting events as needed
