Summary

The position manages full-cycle recruiting, partners with hiring managers, develops sourcing strategies, builds candidate pipelines, supports offers, and maintains accurate recruiting and compliance records.
Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for assigned requisitions
- Partner with hiring managers to define requirements and establish selection criteria
- Use market intelligence, talent mapping, and sourcing insights to develop recruiting strategies
- Configure and optimize recruiting workflows and approved recruiting technologies
- Build and maintain candidate pipelines for priority and hard-to-fill positions
- Review AI-generated candidate recommendations and apply human judgment to hiring decisions
- Deliver a positive candidate and hiring manager experience through proactive communication and process management
- Support offer development, compensation discussions, approvals, and offer documentation
- Maintain accurate recruiting records, compliance documentation, and requisition data
