  • Develop and document business rules, data standards, and quality-control processes that support reliable analysis and reporting
  • Conduct large-scale analysis of constituent, giving, engagement, and external data to surface patterns, segments, and opportunities that inform fundraising and portfolio management strategy
  • Operationalize vendor-provided models and scores (wealth, capacity, propensity, affinity) by integrating them into the CRM, validating their performance, and translating outputs into usable guidance for the front line
  • Support the development, testing, and refinement of internally built predictive and descriptive models in partnership with team and division colleagues
  • Design and develop functional requirements for reports and other BI products that make analytical insight accessible to gift officers, managers, and leadership
  • Translate stakeholder questions into clear analytical requirements and deliver reporting that supports portfolio management, pipeline analysis, and performance measurement
  • Identify manual, repetitive, or error-prone processes across the prospect development workflow and assist in the design of automated solutions to improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability
  • Participate in the design, requirements gathering, and validation of AI-enabled products and tools, contributing data and domain expertise to ensure solutions are accurate, useful, and fit for purpose
  • Apply AI and automation approaches to streamline research and data workflows, and help evaluate outputs for reliability and alignment with professional and ethical standards
