Summary
Foundation for California Community Colleges supports and enhances the California Community Colleges and their communities. The Marketing & Engagement Coordinator supports the planning and execution of marketing, communications, stakeholder engagement, and event initiatives for Enterprise & Procurement Services, including coordinating campaigns, digital communications, events, timelines, and stakeholder activities.
Responsibilities
- Draft and coordinate newsletters, marketing campaigns, and website content with Communications and Technology Development
- Coordinate logistics for conferences, forums, webinars, receptions, and stakeholder meetings
- Maintain timelines, follow-up activities, and manage meeting agendas
Skills
- Must reside in California
- Relevant AA/AS, equivalent work experience, or a combination of both
- Minimum of two (2) years of related work experience in marketing, communications, event planning, stakeholder engagement, project coordination, or related field
- Experience in sales, marketing and/or event strategies is a plus
