Summary
FurtherAI is seeking exceptional individuals to join their engineering team as Forward Deployed Engineers. The role involves building enterprise-grade AI agents, collaborating closely with the CTO, and translating customer needs into robust AI solutions.
Responsibilities
- Build enterprise-grade AI agents from the ground up
- Work closely with our CTO, Sashank, who brings experience from building speech and language models at Apple’s AI/ML org
- Talk to customers, understand their flows, and translate those into robust agentic solutions
- Implement cutting-edge AI capabilities in production
- Collaborate with a small, elite team of engineers from Google X, Microsoft, Apple, Meta
Skills
- Recent graduate with a CS/related degree (or equivalent experience)
- Strong foundation in software engineering principles
- Passionate about AI, ML, and building intelligent systems
- Self-directed problem solver who thrives in ambiguity
- Experience with Python, modern web frameworks, and cloud infrastructure
- Prior work with LLMs, ML frameworks, or agent architectures
