Summary
General Dynamics Information Technology (GDIT) is a global technology and professional services company delivering technology solutions and mission services to government, defense, and intelligence organizations. The Program Analyst supports Air Force mission programs by performing complex administrative and analytical work, coordinating enterprise support, managing employee in-processing and out-processing, and ensuring compliance with program and customer requirements.
Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of complex administrative and analytical tasks in support of a contract program
- Coordinate with team members to provide enterprise support as needed
- Interact with program employees and customers to ensure conformance with corporate, program and customer requirements
- Acts as primary POC for support to new employees during all phases of in-processing
- Provide out-processing support for employees leaving the site
- May perform business development activities

- Bachelor's degree plus 3 years of specialized experience, OR
- An Associate's degree plus 7 years of specialized experience, OR
- A major certification plus 7 years of specialized experience, OR
- 11 years of specialized experience
