Summary

GEOMIRA is seeking a Geospatial Data Analyst / Developer to work on geospatial analysis, data processing, and analytical tool development. The role focuses on transforming complex datasets into actionable insights through GIS, Python, data integration, visualization, and AI-powered applications.

Responsibilities

• Process and analyze geospatial and tabular datasets
• Develop and support analytical workflows (Python / GIS)
• Contribute to development of tools and applications (Streamlit or similar)
• Integrate multiple datasets (geological, environmental, qualitative)
• Support visualization and interpretation of results

Skills

• Background in geospatial analysis, data science, or related field
• Ability to work with structured and unstructured datasets
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Interest in applied work (mining, energy, development, or risk analysis)
• Experience with Python (preferred) and GIS tools (QGIS / ArcGIS)
