UX Designer

Summary

Georgia IT, Inc. is seeking a Mid-Level UX Designer to create user experiences for complex enterprise applications. The role involves designing interactive solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and managing UX tasks to deliver high-quality design outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end user experiences including interaction design, visual design, wireframes, prototypes, and user flows
• Create solutions for complex workflow-driven and data-heavy enterprise applications
• Design experiences involving search, filtering, data management, exports, and similar complex interactions
• Translate user research insights and feedback into actionable UX improvements
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, Researchers, and Legal teams throughout the product lifecycle
• Work within established design systems and maintain consistency across products
• Create detailed prototypes and support design handoff to engineering teams
• Independently manage UX tasks and deliver high-quality design solutions with minimal oversight

Skills

• 3+ years of professional Product UX Design experience
• Strong portfolio demonstrating: Interaction design, Visual design, Prototyping, User journeys and workflows
• Experience designing complex enterprise applications and data-heavy user experiences
• Strong understanding of UX research methods and usability testing
• Ability to iterate designs based on user feedback and research insights
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Strong independent problem-solving and execution skills

Qualifications

Must Haves

• 3+ years of professional Product UX Design experience
