Responsibilities
- Work with warm leads supplied by the company
- Schedule virtual client meetings
- Conduct client-focused needs reviews
- Explain life, accident, and supplemental health insurance coverage
- Provide clear answers to client questions
- Recommend appropriate products and services based on individual needs
- Follow up consistently and maintain professional relationships
- Participate in training and performance coaching
