Job description

Summary

Globe Life is seeking a professional trainee to support its remote recruiting and candidate engagement operations. The role involves contacting prospective candidates, scheduling and confirming interviews, maintaining accurate records, and communicating with candidates while completing provided training and licensing requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to warm leads who have expressed interest in our opportunities
  • Confirm candidate interest and answer basic scheduling questions
  • Schedule appointments using our online calendar system
  • Follow up with candidates who missed or need to reschedule appointments
  • Maintain accurate notes and update candidate records in our recruiting system
  • Communicate professionally through phone, email, and text when appropriate
  • Collaborate with the recruiting team to keep the interview pipeline moving efficiently

  • • Be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States
  • • Provide their own computer/laptop, webcam, reliable high-speed internet, and professional remote workspace
  • • Complete required training and participate in virtual meetings
  • • Obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities
  • • Complete applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at the candidate's expense
  • This opportunity is best suited for individuals who are self-motivated, coachable, comfortable working independently, and interested in a performance-based career with opportunities for professional growth and advancement
  • Previous experience in **appointment setting, customer service, recruiting, scheduling, call center operations, administrative support, or sales** is helpful—but **not required**
