Summary
Harmony Healthcare IT is a healthcare data management firm that preserves, manages, and secures patient, employee, and business records for healthcare organizations. The Project Manager serves as the primary point of contact for assigned projects, develops schedules and processes, supports customer data validation, and coordinates internal and client activities throughout the project life cycle.
Responsibilities
- Acts as a primary point-of-contact for all assigned projects
- Builds customer relationships/satisfaction and keeps our internal resources on task
- Builds processes, adheres to a plan, and collaborates with others
- Develops and maintains project schedules, coordinates internal team meetings, maintains project calendars, prepares and/or edits meeting minutes/presentations/deliverables
- Ensures adherence to deadlines
- Maintains all project-related documents and generates project summary reports
- Assists with customer data validation
- Monitors and tracks project milestones and deliverables
- Ensures resources are on track to hit project milestones
- Involved in product development and/or quality assurance when needed
- Other duties as assigned

- 1-3 years of project management experience, CAPM or PMP desirable but not required
