Responsibilities
- Utilize industry-leading analytics platforms to manage and extract insights from data across all departments
- Act as an analytical liaison, guiding projects, building solutions, and presenting findings to C-level executives
- Develop hypotheses and forecasts for company and industry-level trends based on broad access to information
- Build efficiencies and predictive analytics to optimize the time from opportunity discovery to operational response
- Serve as a subject-matter expert and ambassador for the Business Intelligence team
Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Data Analytics, Business, Economics, Statistics, or Information Science
- 2-5 years of relevant work experience, ideally in tech, healthcare, or retail
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to generate actionable insights
- Excellent project management and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Excel and ideally VBA, SQL, R, or other coding platforms
- Graduate Degree
