Account Representative

Summary

Hazelett Corporation is a global leader in continuous metal casting technology and advanced manufacturing equipment. The Account Representative will build customer relationships, support the sales process from quotation through delivery, coordinate logistics and documentation, and collaborate with internal departments to ensure efficient order execution.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with your assigned customers
• Prepare and manage quotations, sales orders, invoices, packing lists, and shipping documentation
• Provide outstanding customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly
• Coordinate freight quotations, bookings, customs documentation, and delivery logistics
• Partner with Sales and Marketing to support business growth and recommend products or services
• Maintain accurate customer and account records within the ERP system
• Collaborate with Engineering, Purchasing, Manufacturing, and other departments to ensure orders are executed efficiently
• Establish pricing within company guidelines
• Support Hazelett global subsidiaries and other projects as assigned

• Remote (U.S.) – This position is open to candidates located anywhere in the United States
• Initial training will take place at our corporate headquarters in Colchester, Vermont
• Periodic travel to our Colchester office is required for training, team meetings, and collaboration
• Hybrid (Colchester, VT) – This position combines onsite and remote work for candidates located near our corporate headquarters in Colchester, Vermont
• Experience in customer service, inside sales, account management, or a related business function is preferred
