The Leadership Development Program supports strategic and analytical projects, divisional planning, retail market business planning, and coordination across business teams while providing mentorship and exposure to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

  • This Position Is Responsible For Supporting A Broad Array Of Strategic, Analytical Projects And Divisional Planning. Assisting With The Development Of The Business Plan And Strategy For Retail Markets, As Well As Ad Hoc Analytic Projects. Interfacing With Various Business Teams To Achieve Goals And Desired Outcomes, Developing Thorough Understanding Of Business Needs And Coordinating Them With The Overall Hcsc Strategy
  • Exposure to senior leadership

Skills

  • Currently pursuing an MHA, MHSA, MPH, MS-HSM, MBA or similar master's degree with an interest in health care management and strategic planning
  • Graduation date between December 2026 and June 2027
  • Minimum GPA of 3.0/4.0
  • Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States. We are not offering this program under OPT or CPT or sponsoring work visas for these roles
  • Project management skills, including strong organization, prioritization and problem-solving skills
  • Experience interacting with personnel across departments and at various levels of an organization
  • Knowledge of strategic planning techniques and industry trends
  • Experience with analytics and information synthesis
  • Verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • PC proficiency to include Microsoft Office products
  • Health insurance or health care industry experience or a strong interest in the industry
