Job description

Summary

Hyatt is a hospitality company offering corporate management training programs for students and early-career professionals. The Finance Corporate Management Training Program provides hotel operations rotations and a concentrated accounting and finance experience to prepare participants for Assistant Controller and Controller positions.

Responsibilities

  • 6-week rotation through various departments of the hotel
  • 18-week concentration in Finance
  • The training program will include a rotational schedule through all other operational areas of the hotel in addition to the concentration spent directly in the Accounting department

Skills

  • • Bachelor's or Associate's degree and a preferred minimum G.P.A. of 3.0
  • • Nine months of relative industry work experience
  • • Leadership and involvement in campus activities
  • • Positive references from two previous work experiences
  • • Continuous authorization to work in the U.S
