Summary
ICON is a global healthcare intelligence and clinical research organization focused on bringing new medicines and treatments to patients faster. The Configuration & QC Specialist I supports the configuration and validation of clinical trial laboratory databases, performs quality control reviews, investigates discrepancies, and collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and compliant project deliverables.
Responsibilities
- Support the configuration and setup of clinical trial laboratory databases (LIMS)
- Perform quality control reviews to ensure data accuracy and compliance
- Investigate and resolve configuration discrepancies
- Partner with Project Managers, Setup Specialists, and Scientific Affairs teams
- Maintain accurate documentation and support project deliverables
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
