Summary
Netrix Global is a mission-driven organization focused on providing technology solutions for various industries. The Computer Support Intern will work onsite at K-12 school client locations, assisting with technology management and support while gaining hands-on experience in a client-facing role.
Responsibilities
- Google Chromebook setup, configuration, and troubleshooting
- Cable management for Google Chromebook carts
- Windows workstation quality assurance check, management, and inventory
- Management of cabling infrastructure and relocation/unboxing of hardware
- Technical documentation
- Basic network troubleshooting: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and WiFi
Skills
- Technical workstation knowledge
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Apple OSX, and/or Google Chrome operating systems
- Basic network administration and troubleshooting skills
- Attention to detail

- Excellent verbal and written skills
- Ability to professionally conduct oneself to all levels of the corporate structure
- Adequate transportation for travel within the region
