Job description

Summary

iion is the leading advertising and monetization platform, aiming to elevate the gaming industry through optimized brand investments. The AI Engineering Intern will work with engineering and business teams to develop and deploy autonomous AI Agents that solve complex enterprise problems.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in building multi-step AI Agents using Python, LLM APIs, and LLM Agent SDKs
  • Write and test API Connectors that will allow agents to interact securely with other databases
  • Draft system prompts, create SKILL.MD instruction files, and experiment with context-window optimization to ensure agents reason correctly
  • You will deploy AI Agents in 'Shadow Mode', analyze the reasoning logs, and debug instances of hallucinations or logic failures
  • Participate in logic-mapping sessions with Subject Matter Experts to translate human operational logic into agentic workflows

Skills

  • Final year / recently graduated students with a B.Tech./B.E. (or equivalent) degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning or related fields will be given strong preference
  • Strong foundational skills programming using Python. Able to write scripts, parse JSON, and work with REST APIs
  • You have a genuine curiosity in the Large Language Model (LLM). You understand the basics of LLMs, prompting and excited about the usage of AI Tools
  • You enjoy breaking down complex problems into logical, executable steps
  • You are comfortable with rapidly learning new frameworks
  • Built a personal project using Anthropic API or Open AI or frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex, CrewAI
  • Experience with implementing a LLM observability platform (Langfuse, LangSmith, etc)
  • Familiarity with basic SQL and version control (Git)
  • Experience with Model Context Protocol (MCP)

Qualifications
