Job description
Summary
The Richards Group, an IMA Company, is seeking a highly motivated Personal Lines Account Manager to join its team. The role focuses on building client relationships and delivering exceptional customer service, with remote flexibility for candidates within reasonable traveling distance of a VT or NH location.
Skills
- Qualified candidates must live within reasonable traveling distance to one of our VT or NH locations
- Prior industry exposure
- An active Property & Casualty License
- A strong sense of integrity, professionalism, and reliability
- A team-oriented mindset and high level of self-motivation
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- A passion for delivering outstanding customer service
- Proficiency with computer systems and efficient, accurate data entry
- Experience using AMS 360 or a similar agency management system preferred
