Job description

Summary

Impact Advisors is a healthcare management consulting firm providing advisory, implementation, and optimization services to healthcare organizations. The Cloud ERP Implementation Intern will support ERP implementation activities, assist with client process discovery and data tasks, prepare training materials, and learn cloud ERP functionality and consulting best practices.

Responsibilities

  • Support team members in ERP implementation activities, including configuration, testing, and documentation
  • Participate in discovery sessions to observe and understand client business processes
  • Assist with data-related tasks such as mapping, cleansing, and validation under guidance
  • Help prepare training materials and documentation for system users
  • Shadow consultants during client meetings and project planning sessions
  • Learn ERP system functionality (e.g., Workday, Oracle, SAP) and industry best practices
  • Contribute to internal initiatives and team collaboration efforts

Skills

  • * Anticipated Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferred majors: Information Systems, Technology, Business (general)
  • * Expected Graduation **May 2028**
  • * Motivated emerging professional with a passion for improving healthcare through technology improvement projects
  • * Collaborative teammate who can identify opportunities for improvement and carve out the path to solutions
  • * Prioritizes personal and professional development and is always ready to stretch their abilities to the next level
  • * Focused on client success through developing trusting relationships and always choosing to do the right thing
  • * Ability to travel 20% of the time
