Design Engineer, Site

Summary

Infisical is an open source security infrastructure platform for secrets management, certificates, and privileged access management. The Design Engineer (Site) will own the company website, collaborating with engineering, design, and marketing to build pixel-perfect, performant web experiences, maintain frontend infrastructure, improve SEO and conversion, and support growth initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Design and ship pixel-perfect, reusable components and complex designs
• Build and maintain core website pages (home, product, blogs, learning/resource hub etc.), microsites, frontend architecture, code quality, CMS integration and experience
• Implement SEO best practices, run A/B tests, and optimize conversion funnels
• Integrate analytics, attribution, and marketing tooling - Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, HubSpot, etc

Skills

• Deep mastery of JavaScript, React.js, Node.js, TypeScript, and frameworks like React/Next.js
• Experience building high-quality frontend systems and components with strong attention to performance, accessibility, and maintainability
• Experience with web design and design systems
• Exceptional attention to detail and eagerness to learn
• Bias toward action: able to make decisions, iterate quickly, and take calculated risks
• Based in the Americas (SF preferred) or able to work EST hours
• Technical SEO fundamentals
• Experience with CMS platforms (e.g. Contentful, Sanity, etc.)
• Experience configuring website analytics/marketing platform integrations such as with Google Analytics and HubSpot
• Experience with developer-facing products or startups
