Summary
Innovaccer is a healthcare technology company that provides a population health platform for healthcare organizations. The Product Manager will own assigned Atlas capabilities from discovery through delivery and adoption, collaborating with cross-functional teams and customers to create scalable healthcare product experiences. The role will apply AI, analytics, and intelligent workflows to improve population health outcomes and customer value.
Responsibilities
- Own product discovery, requirements, prioritization, roadmap, and delivery for assigned Atlas (Health platform) capabilities
- Engage customers and healthcare stakeholders to understand workflows, identify pain points, and validate solutions
- Partner with Engineering, Design, Data/AI, and Clinical teams to build scalable, intuitive product experiences
- Incorporate AI, automation, analytics, and intelligent workflows to improve population health outcomes
- Use product analytics and customer feedback to improve adoption, engagement, usability, and customer value
- Work with Sales, Customer Success, and Solutions teams to support launches, implementations, and customer adoption
Skills
- Experience: 2–4 years of Product Management experience, preferably in B2B SaaS or healthcare technology
- Healthcare Domain: Experience in population health, value-based care, care management, quality, risk, ACO/CIN, payer, or provider workflows
- Product Skills: Strong experience in product discovery, requirements, prioritization, roadmap development, and working with Engineering and Design teams
- Problem Solving: Ability to translate complex customer and healthcare problems into simple, scalable product experiences
- Analytical & Communication Skills: Strong analytical, written, verbal, and stakeholder-management skills
- Execution: Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment and driving outcomes without direct authority

- Experience: 2–4 years of Product Management experience, preferably in B2B SaaS or healthcare technology
- Healthcare Domain: Experience in population health, value-based care, care management, quality, risk, ACO/CIN, payer, or provider workflows
- Product Skills: Strong experience in product discovery, requirements, prioritization, roadmap development, and working with Engineering and Design teams
- Problem Solving: Ability to translate complex customer and healthcare problems into simple, scalable product experiences
