About The Role:
Innovative Defense Technologies (IDT), a leading defense technology company, is seeking a
Government Property and Logistics Intern to be part of our Operations team and based out of our Arlington, VA location.
The Government Property and Logistics Intern will assist in managing government property inventories, receive, ship, and stock equipment and material. They will prepare, coordinate and analyze classified and unclassified documentation for both receipts and shipments. They will follow processes and policy with a reliable and efficient teamwork approach to successfully deliver innovative solutions in this dynamic customer space.
Clearance & Location Requirements:
- All applicants must be able to obtain/maintain an active Secret U.S. Security Clearance.
- This is a fully on-site position, based out of our Arlington, VA location.
Who You Are (Required):
- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate degree program with a major Business, Computer Science, or Engineering
- Ability to travel up to 20% of the time as needed
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Must be able to lift 40 pounds

Pay Range*: $28 - $34 / Hour
This amount may not be reflective of actual compensation that may be earned as pay is dependent on a candidate’s experience, skills, and education. The posted range does not include bonuses, commissions, tips, or other benefits. IDT is often looking to place multiple candidates at various levels. Therefore, more than one pay range has been included, commensurate with experience.
