About The Role:
Innovative Defense Technologies (IDT), a leading defense technology company, is seeking a
Industrial Security Facilities Intern to be part of our Security and Facilities team and based out of our Arlington, VA, Fall River, MA, San Diego, CA, or Mt. Laurel, NJ location.
Industrial Security Facilities Interns work alongside our Facility Security Officer and Facilities Manager teams will assist in protecting our DOD facilities, personnel and systems in accordance with Government requirements issued in 32 CFR 117 directives. In addition to general facilities related requests across multiple IDT locations.
Clearance & Location Requirements:
- All applicants must be able to obtain/maintain an active Secret U.S. Security Clearance.
- This is a fully on-site position based out of our Arlington, VA, Fall River, MA, San Diego, CA, or Mt. Laurel, NJ location.
Who You Are (Required):
- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or postgraduate degree program with a major in Business Management, Engineering, Criminal Justice, International Studies or related field
- Current college juniors/rising seniors preferred.

Pay Range*: $28 - $34 / HourThis amount may not be reflective of actual compensation that may be earned as pay is dependent on a candidate’s experience, skills, and education. The posted range does not include bonuses, commissions, tips, or other benefits. IDT is often looking to place multiple candidates at various levels. Therefore, more than one pay range has been included, commensurate with experience.
