Innovator Web Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Full Stack Java Developer to join their remote development team. The ideal candidate will design and maintain scalable web applications, contribute to CI/CD pipelines, and collaborate in an Agile environment.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications
• Build and consume RESTful APIs and microservices
• Implement authentication and authorization mechanisms
• Collaborate with frontend and backend teams to deliver high-quality features
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code
• Participate in Agile ceremonies (Sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews)
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes
• Work independently while ensuring timely delivery of tasks

Skills

• 4–5 years of experience as a Full Stack Java Developer
• Strong backend expertise in Java
• Frontend knowledge and cloud exposure
• Experience in a collaborative Agile environment
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications
• Build and consume RESTful APIs and microservices
• Implement authentication and authorization mechanisms
• Collaborate with frontend and backend teams to deliver high-quality features
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code
• Participate in Agile ceremonies (Sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews)
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes
• Work independently while ensuring timely delivery of tasks
• Strong hands-on experience in Java and object-oriented programming
• Strong understanding and implementation of RESTful APIs
• Solid knowledge of Authentication & Authorization mechanisms (OAuth, JWT, etc.)
• Good understanding of JavaScript
• Experience with frontend frameworks such as Angular or React
• Familiarity with HTML5, CSS3, and AJAX
• Strong experience with relational databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle
• Experience designing and working with Microservices Architecture
• Hands-on experience working with AWS Cloud Services
• Experience with Git / GitHub for version control
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, JIRA)
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently in a remote setup
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Good understanding of AI concepts and integrations (preferred)
• Self-driven and proactive
• Comfortable working in overlapping US time zones (1 PM – 10 PM IST)
• Able to commit to a Monday–Friday schedule
