Summary
Intellibee Inc is seeking a detail-oriented QA Tester to support testing activities for the State of Michigan Salesforce CRM Suite of Applications. This role involves creating and executing test cases, validating integrations, logging defects, and performing accessibility testing to ensure compliance with public sector standards.
Responsibilities
- Creating and executing test cases for assigned requirements and user stories
- Validating integrations with external and interfacing systems
- Logging and tracking defects in Azure DevOps
- Supporting cross-team defect triage
- Performing accessibility testing to help ensure compliance with public sector standards
Skills
- Salesforce Domain Knowledge is recommended
- Proficiency in functional, regression, integration testing within Agile environments
- Knowledge of Salesforce APIs (REST/SOAP) and tools like Postman to test integrations
- Experience with bug tracking tools like Azure DevOPS logging defects and tracking the bug lifecycle
- Experience with automation frameworks such as Selenium WebDriver (Java/Python) for UI testing
- Experience with Provar for Salesforce-specific testing
Qualifications
Must Haves
- Salesforce Domain Knowledge is recommended
- Proficiency in functional, regression, integration testing within Agile environments
