- Facets product knowledge on enrollment, group class plan, billing, membership
- Facets product knowledge on claims, UM, and COB
Skills
- 3+ years of Facets consulting experience
- Strong industry knowledge including all LOB (e.g., Medi-Cal/Medicaid, Commercial, Medicare)
- Ability to lead business discussions
- Excellent communication skills across all levels of the project team, including client and internal teams
- Proven track in implementations of Facets product
