Summary

As a Sales Engineer, you will drive technical engagements with clients, ensuring seamless onboarding and continuous usage while translating customer requirements into actionable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Advise customers on implementation strategies, use cases, and product selection, ensuring high customer satisfaction
• Translate customer requests and requirements into actionable development outcomes
• Stay up to date on evolving competitive products and market opportunities
• Own and drive continuous service improvement plans and quality delivery across the tech stack
• Partner with the product team to refine go-to-market strategies, deliver solution architectures, and enhance client acquisition efforts
• Act as a liaison between architects, engineers, and customers, translating complex business needs into technical solutions

Skills

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in a similar role at a SaaS company
• Developer skills including APIs and front-end technologies like JavaScript and React
• Fluent in written and spoken English
• Experience translating customer requirements into actionable code for sprint pipelines
• Excellent communication, listening, and presentation skills across diverse audiences
• Strong solution architecture and engineering expertise (requirements gathering, problem-solving, and technical recommendations)
• Familiarity with security frameworks, attack vectors, botnets, and online threats
