The role focuses on preparing and prosecuting patents, developing patent opinions, conducting due diligence, and potentially supporting PTAB and litigation matters across a range of engineering and physics technologies.

Responsibilities

• Your work will primarily relate to the preparation and prosecution of patents, patent opinions, due diligence, and the potential opportunity for PTAB and litigation support work as well

Skills

• Minimum BS engineering or physics
• Must have at least 2 years of full-time claim drafting and prosecutions experience
• Demonstrated for producing well written patents
• Solid communication interpersonal skills for client interaction
• State bar and USPTO bar
• Minimum BS engineering or physics
