Summary

The Patent Attorney or Agent will primarily prepare and prosecute patents, develop patent opinions, conduct due diligence, and potentially support PTAB and litigation matters across mechanical, electrical, and physics-related technologies.

Responsibilities

• Your work will primarily relate to the preparation and prosecution of patents, patent opinions, due diligence, and the potential opportunity for PTAB and litigation support work as well
• Here, your client assignment and responsibility will be commensurate with your abilities
• Demonstrated for producing well written patents
• Solid communication interpersonal skills for client interaction

Skills

• Minimum BS engineering or physics
• Must have at least 2 years of full-time claim drafting and prosecutions experience
• Demonstrated for producing well written patents
• Solid communication interpersonal skills for client interaction
• State bar and USPTO bar
• Minimum BS engineering or physics
