The role will prepare and prosecute patents, develop patent opinions, conduct due diligence, and potentially support PTAB and litigation matters. The position offers substantial client interaction and may be performed fully remotely.

Responsibilities

• Your work will primarily relate to the preparation and prosecution of patents, patent opinions, due diligence, and the potential opportunity for PTAB and litigation support work as well
• Here, your client assignment and responsibility will be commensurate with your abilities
• Solid communication interpersonal skills for client interaction

Skills

• Minimum BS engineering or physics
• Must have at least 2 years of full-time claim drafting and prosecutions experience
• Demonstrated for producing well written patents
• Solid communication interpersonal skills for client interaction
• State bar and USPTO bar
• Minimum BS engineering or physics
