Summary

The role focuses on preparing and prosecuting patents, developing patent opinions, conducting due diligence, and potentially supporting PTAB and litigation matters across mechanical, electrical, and physics-related technologies.

Responsibilities

• Your work will primarily relate to the preparation and prosecution of patents, patent opinions, due diligence, and the potential opportunity for PTAB and litigation support work as well
• Here, your client assignment and responsibility will be commensurate with your abilities
• You will not be expected to do ridiculous hours
• More specifically, you have input regarding your target billable hours
• This group is more interested in keeping quality talent and providing high-quality work to clients
