Job description

Summary

ITC Federal connects technology advancements in automation and AI, customer experience, and financial services to solve government mission challenges. The Financial Analyst will support the U.S. Department of Justice’s automated litigation support program by analyzing financial statements, cost data, operating reports, and records to identify areas requiring further review.

Responsibilities

  • Reviews and analyzes the records of financial institutions, such as savings and loan associations, including operating and investment records, and inspection of properties, to make initial identification of areas requiring further analysis

Skills

  • Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Public Trust clearance prior to start (candidates are not required to be cleared at the time of application)
  • Authorized to work in the United States
  • Ability to work effectively in a fully remote environment
  • Must be CPA
  • Minimum of two years' experience performing financial analysis and evaluation work
  • Thorough knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles and generally accepted auditing standards
  • Extensive working knowledge of appropriate accounting, auditing, tax, and financial ADP systems and applications
  • Working knowledge of appropriate accounting and financial software
  • Graduate degree in related field, such as finance, business administration, accounting, banking and credit, etc. Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Experience as part of an auditing team helpful
