Job description
Summary
JLL provides real estate services, advisory, and technology solutions, including digital implementation services through JLL Technologies. The Manager, IT Solutions Design role supports implementation and administration of real estate software, including onboarding, data conversion, configuration, upgrades, reporting, technical support, and user documentation.
Responsibilities
- Onboarding new assignments, data conversion, configuration and data loading
- System administration including system configuration, security management, maintenance, updates, and technical support
- Maintain change management procedures for upgrades, hotfixes, stored procedures, and SQL enhancements and support control compliance
- Assist with upgrade initiatives, including Yardi hardware and software upgrades, through planning, testing, deployment, and validation
- Support development of user training materials and documentation related to new system features, reporting, and operational processes
- Stay informed of AI capabilities introduced by application vendors and assess potential operational value
- Writing custom reports in both YSR and SQL
Skills
- A Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution is **REQUIRED**
- Yardi Real Estate Software** experience including database schema and international/global configurations.**REQUIRED R**
- **(3-5+)** years of relevant/professional experience related **REQUIRED**
- Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
