Job description

Summary

Key Tech Inc. is an exciting engineering company located in Baltimore, Maryland, specializing in high-tech engineering of medical devices. They are seeking both full-time and intern positions for Computer Engineers to work on innovative projects involving embedded algorithms and medical device design.

Responsibilities

  • Develop embedded algorithms that drive motors, move mechanisms, measure optical signals, and communicate with PC software
  • Help pick processors and design embedded architectures that will be in the next generation of medical devices
  • Test your code on custom Key Tech-designed boards - see your software in action
  • Design complex code bases to control microfluidic flow
  • Design thermal control systems which simultaneously measure optical signals
  • Create code that controls pneumatic systems for DNA analysis

Skills

  • Experience in embedded systems design
